Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

Radon West Ltd. ships almost anywhere in Canada.   Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Some items have shipping included in the price. This will be noted in the item’s description.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

 

Refund Policy:

Our philosophy is simple: we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product.

Returned products must be in new and re-salable condition.

Shipping charges incurred for returns will only be paid for by Radon West Ltd. where the item being returned is defective.

The initial shipping charges for the order will not be reimbursed.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned product that is not found to be defective.

In order to ensure high quality control of our products regrettably we are unable to accept returns on certain items even if in new or in unopened condition.

  • Testing kits
  • Testing monitors (except in case of a defective product where the item will be exchanged)

All returns must be pre-authorized before they are shipped back. Failure to obtain authorization may result in the return being refused.

Please have the following information ready when contacting customer support (403.723-6665):
1. Order number

2. Item(s) you wish to return

3. Reason for return (choose from the following list):

• Damaged - contents damaged - most likely during transit

• Defective - box appears fine, but the product is not working as intended

• Received incorrect item

• Ordered wrong item

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post.   Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
